Your Peptide Guide

Everything we offer, in one place. Use this to remember what we talked about in the office, look up something in your plan, or see what else might fit your goals down the road.

Guided. Structured. Medically Supported.

How to read this guide

Peptides are short chains of amino acids that act as signals in the body. They are targeted support within a structured wellness plan, not a quick fix. Each entry below tells you what the peptide is, what it is being studied for, and what we check before anyone starts it. You won't find doses here on purpose. Your dose is set by your prescriber after a consult.

Labs, always available.Comprehensive blood panels whenever you want them, so we can keep checking everything.
Know what's in your vial.Prescribed by a licensed provider, prepared by a licensed 503A pharmacy.
We won't let you do it alone.Check-ins, body scans, nutrition and training guidance.
The core of most plans
In most of our stacks Weight & metabolic health

Tirzepatide

A dual GLP-1 / GIP receptor agonist

Tirzepatide acts on two gut hormones that tell your brain you're full and help your body handle blood sugar. Most people notice that "food noise" gets quieter, so eating less doesn't feel like a constant fight. It has the strongest research behind it of anything on our menu.

Studied for

  • Weight loss: in large clinical trials, people on the highest dose lost about 20% of body weight on average over 72 weeks. Results vary.
  • Appetite and fullness signaling
  • Blood sugar control and insulin sensitivity

Labs & screening we look at

A body composition scan to track muscle vs. fat. Not for anyone with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid cancer or MEN 2, a history of pancreatitis, or who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Our coaching angle

Some of the weight lost on any GLP-1 can be muscle. That's why we pair it with protein targets, strength training and monthly scans. Protein first, lift heavy things, then let the medicine work.
Metabolism & cellular energy

MOTS-c

A peptide made by your own mitochondria

Your mitochondria are the power plants inside your cells, and MOTS-c is one of the signals they send. Your body makes more of it when you exercise. It's often called an "exercise mimetic" because it's being studied for how it helps muscles use fuel.

Studied for

  • Energy and metabolic flexibility (how well your body switches between burning carbs and fat)
  • Insulin sensitivity and glucose handling
  • Exercise capacity and healthy aging

Labs & screening we look at

We review any cancer history and pregnancy before starting.

Honest about the research

Most of what we know comes from animal and lab studies. It hasn't been proven in human trials yet, which is exactly why it belongs under medical oversight.
Growth hormone support

Sermorelin

A growth hormone–releasing hormone (GHRH) analog

Instead of giving you growth hormone directly, sermorelin prompts your pituitary gland to release more of your own, in your body's natural rhythm. Growth hormone naturally declines with age, and that decline shows up in sleep, recovery and body composition.

Studied for

  • Supporting natural growth hormone and IGF-1 levels
  • Sleep quality and recovery
  • Lean muscle and body composition

Labs & screening we look at

IGF-1, before and during. Not for active cancer, untreated hypothyroidism, poorly controlled diabetes, pituitary disorders or pregnancy.

Why it matters

Sermorelin was once an FDA-approved drug, so it has more human history than most peptides. Smaller human studies support it, and we watch your IGF-1 the whole way.
Cellular energy & healthy aging

NAD+

Nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (a coenzyme, not technically a peptide)

NAD+ is a molecule every cell needs to turn food into energy and to run its repair processes. Levels drop as we age. It pairs naturally with MOTS-c because both work on mitochondrial health.

Studied for

  • Cellular energy production
  • DNA repair and healthy aging pathways
  • Mental clarity and fatigue

Labs & screening we look at

We discuss any cancer history and pregnancy.

Good to know

Early human reports are encouraging but more research is needed. Some people feel flushing or pressure during an injection or infusion, so we go slow. Quality matters here: poor-grade NAD+ is a known contamination risk.
Weight & metabolic support
Weight & metabolic health

Semaglutide

A GLP-1 receptor agonist

Semaglutide works on one gut hormone (GLP-1) to slow digestion and increase fullness. It's backed by large clinical trials. In a head-to-head trial, tirzepatide produced more weight loss on average, which is why tirzepatide is usually our first choice, but semaglutide is still a strong option for the right person.

Studied for

  • Weight loss and appetite control
  • Blood sugar control

Labs & screening we look at

Not for anyone who is pregnant or breastfeeding.

Our coaching angle

A larger share of weight lost on semaglutide can be lean mass, so protein and strength training are non-negotiable.
Metabolic support

Lipo-B

MIC (methionine, inositol, choline) + vitamin B12

A blend of nutrients involved in how your body processes fat in the liver, plus B12. B12 supports energy metabolism, especially if you're low. Lipo-B is a support, not a fat burner.

Studied for

  • Energy, especially when B12 is low
  • Nutritional support during a weight loss plan

Honest about the research

B12 is well proven for people who are deficient. The MIC blend itself isn't proven for fat loss, and we won't tell you otherwise.
Antioxidant & skin

Glutathione

Your body's master antioxidant

Glutathione is made naturally in the body and helps neutralize oxidative stress. Levels can drop with age, stress and illness.

Studied for

  • Antioxidant support
  • Skin tone and clarity

Honest about the research

Smaller human studies support oral and topical forms. Evidence for injected forms is earlier.
Recovery & repair
Healing & recovery

BPC-157

"Body protection compound," derived from a protein in stomach juice

BPC-157 is one of the most talked-about recovery peptides and is often paired with TB-500 (the "Wolverine stack"). It's being studied for how it supports blood flow to injured tissue.

Studied for

  • Tendon, ligament and muscle repair
  • Gut lining support
  • Recovery from training and injury

Labs & screening we look at

Cancer history. Not for anyone with active cancer, or for drug-tested athletes (banned by WADA).

Honest about the research

It has been studied mostly in animals for tissue repair, and human research is very limited. That's why we screen before anyone starts it.
Healing & recovery

TB-500

A fragment of thymosin beta-4

TB-500 is based on a protein your body uses to move repair cells to where they're needed. It's often paired with BPC-157 for recovery.

Studied for

  • Tissue repair and flexibility
  • Recovery from soft-tissue injury

Labs & screening we look at

Cancer history. Not for anyone with active cancer, or for drug-tested athletes (banned by WADA).

Honest about the research

Animal and lab studies show promise, but there are no human studies of TB-500 itself.
Skin, hair & repair

GHK-Cu

A copper peptide

GHK-Cu is a naturally occurring copper peptide. Blood levels fall significantly between your 20s and 60s, which is part of why it gets attention for skin and healthy aging.

Studied for

  • Collagen production and skin firmness
  • Hair support
  • Wound repair

Labs & screening we look at

Cancer history, copper-metabolism disorders and pregnancy.

Honest about the research

Topical use has early human data. Injected use has no human data yet.
Body composition & longevity
Growth hormone & visceral fat

Tesamorelin

A growth hormone–releasing hormone analog

Like sermorelin, tesamorelin prompts your pituitary to release more of your own growth hormone. It's best known for its effect on visceral fat, the deeper belly fat around your organs.

Studied for

  • Reducing visceral (deep abdominal) fat in large clinical trials, in a specific patient group
  • Supporting natural growth hormone and IGF-1

Labs & screening we look at

IGF-1, glucose and liver function. Same screening as sermorelin.

Good to know

It is not a weight loss drug, and it can raise blood sugar, so we monitor it closely. Ask us whether it's available for your plan.
Longevity & sleep

Epitalon

A synthetic version of a pineal gland peptide

Epitalon comes from research on the pineal gland, which helps set your sleep-wake rhythm. It's being studied for healthy aging and sleep.

Studied for

  • Sleep and circadian rhythm
  • Healthy aging pathways

Labs & screening we look at

Cancer screening and history, and pregnancy.

Honest about the research

Evidence is early and mostly from small or animal studies.
Brain & mood
Focus & brain health

Semax

A peptide developed in Russia, usually a nasal spray

Semax is being studied for its effects on focus, memory and brain resilience under stress.

Studied for

  • Focus and mental clarity
  • Memory and brain resilience

Labs & screening we look at

A full medication review, especially psychiatric medications, and pregnancy.

Honest about the research

Early human reports only, and limited safety data. It never replaces mental health care.
Mood & calm

Selank

A peptide developed in Russia, usually a nasal spray

Selank is a close cousin of Semax that's being studied for a calmer, steadier mood without sedation.

Studied for

  • Stress and anxious feelings
  • Mood balance

Labs & screening we look at

A full medication review and pregnancy.

Honest about the research

Limited safety data. It is not a replacement for any prescribed anxiety or depression care.
Intimacy
Sexual health

PT-141

Bremelanotide

PT-141 works in the brain rather than on blood flow, acting on pathways tied to desire. It has large clinical trials behind it for low desire in premenopausal women.

Studied for

  • Low sexual desire in premenopausal women (large clinical trials)
  • Desire and arousal in men (earlier evidence)

Labs & screening we look at

Blood pressure. Not for uncontrolled high blood pressure, heart disease or pregnancy.

Good to know

Nausea is common, especially at first, and it can briefly raise blood pressure.
